A different way to care for a home.
NaiHaven was built on a simple belief: that a property deserves the same attention as the person who owns it.
Built around a simple belief: exceptional homes deserve exceptional care.
A well-designed home and a well-run stay are not the same thing. NaiHaven exists because exceptional properties deserve more than generic management.
We bring hospitality and property management together as one discipline — protecting what an owner has built while creating stays guests remember.
Every detail, from how a home is presented to how a guest is welcomed, is considered with the same purpose: to protect, elevate, and preserve what makes each residence exceptional.
A note from Jakes.
NaiHaven didn't start as a business plan. It started because I've always believed a home is one of the most personal things a person owns, and I wanted to build something worthy of that.
I've watched too many owners hand over their keys and lose all visibility into what happens next. That's the part I set out to fix, not just better marketing or nicer photos, but a team an owner can actually trust with something they care about.
NaiHaven is still small enough that I know most of the properties in our care personally. That's not an accident. It's the whole point.
“A property will always mean more to the person who owns it than to the person managing it. My job is to manage it as if that gap didn't exist.”
Jakes Simiyu, Founder
A Nairobi where owning a premium property and earning consistently from it are no longer in tension, where the city's finest homes are also its best run.
To manage every property in our care as though it were our own, with the standard of a five-star hotel and the accountability of a single dedicated team.
What guides every decision.
Transparency
Owners see exactly what a property earned and why, reviewed together rather than simply reported.
Excellence
We would rather manage fewer homes to a five-star standard than take on every listing that applies.
Accountability
One team is responsible for a property from consultation to statement. Nothing is passed between vendors.
Discretion
Owner and guest privacy are protected at every touchpoint, without exception.
Care
A property is treated the way its owner would treat it themselves, if they had the time.
Commitments we hold ourselves to.
Every property is inspected in person
Before a home enters the portfolio, it is walked through against our own checklist. Photographs are never enough.
Every guest is verified before confirmation
No booking is accepted automatically. Requests are reviewed, and some are declined, even when it costs a night's revenue.
Every report is reviewed by a person
Monthly statements are checked before they reach an owner, not auto-generated and forwarded without a second look.
Every vendor is one we have personally vetted
Housekeeping and maintenance are handled by people we already trust, not whoever happens to be available.
Trust, earned in small decisions.
We choose carefully
Not every property is accepted into the portfolio. Owners trust that acceptance means something.
We report before we're asked
A statement arrives on a predictable rhythm each month, whether or not an owner has thought to check in.
We stay reachable
A dedicated contact, not a rotating support queue, already knows the property when a question comes up.
We believe a home says something about the person who keeps it. That belief guides every property we accept into the portfolio, every guest we welcome, and every owner we serve. This is not property management as the industry has come to define it. It is stewardship, practiced with the same rigor and quiet confidence found in the finest hotels in the world.
